Εντελώς στο κέντρο, για μας, επειδή είχαμε ενοικιασει αυτοκίνητο, δεν ήταν το ιδανικό κατάλυμα.

Η τοποθεσία φανταστική κοντά στην παλιά πόλη, ποταμό, αξιοθέατα, με supermarket και φαγητά, παγωτα, εστιατόρια όλα στα πόδια σου. Μόνο που είναι στην κλειστή πόλη και δεν προσφέρεται για κάποιο που έχει αυτοκίνητο γιατί δεν μπορεί να το χρησιμοποιά ελεύθερα.

− τα κλιματιστικά δουλεύαν με μόνο ένα τηλεχειριστήριο. Το κλιματιστικό στο δωμάτιο έκλεινε συνέχεια. Το πρωί την συγκεκριμενη περίοδο είχε φασαρία απο την πολυκατοικία που φαίνεται ότι είχε άλλο διαμέρισμα που ήταν υπό ανακαίνιση. Τα κλιματιστικά χρειάζονται καθάρισμα επειγόντως! Οι τοίχοι χρειάζονται βάψιμο. Όλα τα παράθυρα βλέπουν εσωτερικά στο κτήριο.

La ubicación es inmejorable, y tiene un supermercado abajo que nos salvó. Esta ubicado casi dentro del Ponte Vecchio. Muy buena la calefacción y comodas las camas

− Eramos 5, había 4 tenedores, 4 sillas, 4 cucharas y cero cucharitas. El quinto dirmia en un sillon cama del living/comedor/cocina que quedaba totalmente anulada, ocupaba todo. Moverse era como un juego de tetris El lavarropas anda mal, no hay microondas y dejaron 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 5 personas y 3 noches.

Location is super, bed was very comfortable, good towels. We coped despite below.

− There was no heating and it's chilly in evening. We got 1 air conditioner to blow warm in kitchen/diner/sitting room. Reported no heating. After being asked to try some things they got technical to turn up. He seemed nice and concerned but could not fix, had to refer to supervisor or owner to turn heating on. He came back same evening to make sure we had warmth from air conditioner. But then nothing, no fix, no messages. Bathroom was chilly, towels only dried properly if brought into kitchen. We were there 5 nights. Lack in kitchen facilities. We were left with drip of washing up liquid and one dirty, blackened scourer for washing up. We replaced both. Handles of some cutlery were broken, no teaspoons, 2 mismatched wine glasses and on plastic one. Broken toaster. No toilet brush, stain on settee, notice on wall to throw rubbish out referred to house manual that didn't exist. I could. go on. Looking back at reviews some of these have been pointed out before but not fixed. All speaks of a disregard for guest care and consideration when it would be so easy and inexpensive to fix. Booking.com should not allow this state to carry on. I did message Fares, our contact, at the end with thoughts about heating. There was, as expected, no response. All windows open on to back yards so no views but it could be a decent place if looked after and equipped properly.

Starting at 6am above you is so loud. Doesn’t matter the day, dragging something back and forth all morning, you will not get rest here do not book
