6.0Location great, and apartment very spacious but lots of things wrong. The couch, which was also a sofa bed, started opening up whenever we sat on it. Hair dryer not working, had to be replaced. No instructions on how to work the TV - setting language was in Arabic. Anything extra had to be paid for. (Clean towels etc.) we were there for 4 days and we got one tablet for the dishwasher. Considering the cost of this apartment, seemed stingy. There was a washing machine - again, no instructions. Had to use Google translate to figure it out. No dryer provider, but drying frames.This was a very busy building, but only one lift was working from Reception level. There were always queues to use the lift. No toaster provided - they said they were ‘dangerous’

9.0location, staff, and room size, near supermarket, i saw a lot of comments about elevators but i think it was ok even with only 1 elevator is working, also it seems they just installed a new elevator which means they are improving
− the bed was below expectation, i think the TV should be installed on a wall rather than a stand which i couldn't move
