6.0Easy check-in, friendly staff, ample hotel parking, and close proximity to Istanbul Mall.
− To be fair, I had previously stayed there in January of the same year, but I was surprised by the very poor standards. Although I had booked a one-bedroom apartment, the hotel upgraded us to a three-bedroom unit—which I appreciated, given that there were only two of us—I unfortunately found numerous defects and signs of neglect. For instance, cleanliness was an issue, the showers were broken, and the living room furniture was dirty. Management really needs to address these matters for the sake of the hotel; this is just my personal opinion.
