Great location, felt safe and having a pool in the heart of Florence was a lifesaver!
8.0The staff, Alice and Cathy, were great and made us feel very welcome. The pool is the big winner, and the location. And being in that private gated area felt very safe and secure.
− The arrival instructions about how to get the car inside and get it registered for ztl was extremely confusing and made the arrival quite stressful until Alice came to greet us. Facilities are pretty basic apart from the pool.
