The Best Receptionist Ever!
10.0I had a wonderful stay, and one of the main reasons was Khaoula at the front desk. She is, without a doubt, the best receptionist ever. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a genuine smile, incredible kindness, and outstanding professionalism. She was always happy to help, answered every question with patience, and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. People like Khaoula make all the difference.
