10.0Easy to get too, very clean and the staff were all super friendly!
Loved this for my one night stay in NYC, 5 minute walk to 5 and 6 train at 33rd street station
7.0The location is great and the room was clean, I only wish it had refrigerator, I loved that the TV had ability to chrome cast with Netflix and YouTube smart buttons on remote
− The staff could be better at greeting guests, was met with long stares when I arrived
