8.0Fuimos con nuestra hija de 2 años y en general no nos falto de nada, el personal muy atento y servicial. Las habitaciones están bien aisladas acústicamente. La ubicación no está mal,no queríamos nada super céntrico con ambiente muy ajetreado. Cerca hay cientos de restaurantes y bastantes supermercados
− Durante nuestra estancia no limpiaron nunca la habitación (4 noches) El cubo de la basura es diminuto,tiras 2 cosas y ya esta lleno. El extractor de la cocina no funcionaba.

− Not enough washing machine and dryer in Laundry room, especially when some customers didn’t collect their clothes after drying, it lets other users keep waiting and waiting.

9.0Logement spacieux (nous étions 2 en studio) et globalement propre. Équipements dans la kitchenette de qualité (même si nous n'avons utilisé que le frigo) Situé à proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus et métro. Une supérette à proximité ouverte 24/24 Nous étions au 17e étage, il y a 4 ascenseurs très rapides, aucune attente.
− Un petit bémol : des tâches sur la housse de couette (nous pensons qu'il s'agit plus de tâches qui ne sont pas parties au lavage mais ça laisse néanmoins une impression mitigée)

10.0La camera è nuova, moderna, pulita e con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ci è stata data una camera al 17 piano con una vista pazzesca! A pochi passi dalla metro, posizione molto centrale! Staff molto disponibile e gentile! Ottima esperienza
