8.0The apartment was amazing, the bedrooms are all really big and the bathrooms are nice and modern. The ceilings are really tall and the whole place feels really well looked after. The location was also perfect.
− We had to wait around 40 minutes for someone to meet us as they got held up with another check in which wasnt great, however once he arrived he apologised and tried to check us in as quickly as possible. The showers were lukewarm the first morning and the second day they were all cold.

10.0The location was an absolute gem. You could open the windows and one side see the Duomo square and from the other watch the people walking down the streets. We could walk outside the apartment block and around corners to easily to find eateries. You were in the heart of Florence🫶and everything was accessible. Was perfect for our stay. The kitchen area & table were accommodating.Bedrooms were a good size, beds comfortable to sleep in, bathrooms adequate for our families needs.
− Shame we could only have one key for the amount of people we were staying in the apartment. We had difficulty regulating the cooing in some rooms but it was fine.
