Warm hospitality and comfort in Baixa
10.0Absolutely wonderful location in Baixa close to all the major sites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was amazing. They attended to our every need.

10.0We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Rossio Plaza Hotel! It exceeded all our expectations! The staff is the friendliest and most welcoming hotel staff we have ever encountered. Tomas warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful, attentive, and willing to accommodate every request throughout our stay. The same goes for his colleagues, Ricardo, Gisela, and everyone else. I’m sorry I can’t remember all their names, but they all contributed to making our stay truly special. As for cleanliness, the hotel was absolutely spotless. The ladies who cleaned our room and the rest of the hotel did an excellent job every day. The towels were changed daily, and overall, this might be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at — even compared with some 5-star hotels we have visited across Europe. In addition, the hotel’s central location, within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main attractions, makes it an ideal choice for a trip to Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

8.0Die Lage ist ideal um Lissabon zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war für den kleinen Raum reichhaltig und ausreichend. Sehr schön war das Badezimmer, mit großer bodentiefer Dusche. Sehr netter Empfang mit Pasteis de nata und Portwein.
− Wenn man gern mit offenem Fenster schlafen will ist der Straßenlärm sehr laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster konnten wir schlafen. Das ist halt der Nachteil an der guten Lage. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein.

7.0Las habitaciones aunque pequeñas están bien, y el personal muy amable. Pero es como edificios con dormitorios no hay loby.
