9.0The apartment is a beautifully large space with amazing views to 3 sides of the city. Very clean, nicely furnished. Fabulous terrace. Great location
− We had issues with the water pressure and temperatures n the bathrooms when more than 1 person using the bathrooms.
apartment is excellent, great views and an excellent internal space. water pressure could be better.
8.0i was extremely well received but I had to pay a "late-check in fee" of 35 euros which I didn't expect. and it wasn't exactly THAT late: we arrived at 8h30pm, and I had told the owner so beforehand.
− the check-in fee was a negative surprise and the water pressure in the apartment was very poor: by no means one could take a shower at the same time as the other shower (or any other tap) was being used

8.0The terrace gave beautiful views of the city and sunset. Location was close to restaurants and train station.
− The water pressure in the shower is poor. It required continuous holding the diverter valve to get water out of the overhead shower head. We were told it could not be fixed.

9.0Sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig. Ausstattung sehr gut, sogar Gewürze, Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs vorrätig. Kommunikation vorab shr vorbildlich, alle Fragen wurden gut beantwortet.
− In der Küche wären kleine Schüsseln für Obst, Jogurth wünschenswert. Bitte beachten bei später Anreise, zahlt man einen Aufschlag, etwas schade bei dem Mietpreis, da wir die Flugzeiten nicht beeinflussen konnten.
