Chambre propre, personnel réactif par message.

− Literie très dure, oreillers tout plats et durs. Pas d’eau froide pendant les 3/4 du séjour, donc compliqué pour remplir les gourdes, et c’est agaçant surtout quand on voit les prix dans les supermarchés. Nous étions dans la chambre 105, elle est minuscule, la salle de bain également. C’était aussi très mal insonorisé, cette chambre est séparé d’une autre par une petite porte avec un jour en dessous. on entendait la dame de la chambre d’à côté aller aux toilettes et respirer. Je vous laisse imaginer le sèche-cheveux à 6h30 du matin… Un mot sur les équipements, c’est très rudimentaire. Poubelle ouverte avec un seul sac poubelle, pour 4 jours c’est compliqué. Aucun élément de cuisine. Connexion Wifi pas terrible également, qui bug. C’est ok pour une nuit, mais pas plus. D’autant que le quartier n’est pas incroyable non plus. Allez plutôt vers Santo Spirito, c’est beaucoup plus sympa.

Awesome apartment with lots of space, cleanliness, and a nice private terrace. All communication with the staff was online and went just fine. Very well located near the train station, making it easy to get in and out. Unfortunately, the internet in the rooms was out of service during the whole stay. The staff was notified, but the issue couldn’t be fixed. It wasn’t a big issue for me as I had roaming, although it didn’t perform as well. Well-equipped shared kitchen with a good freezer if you want to get your drinks really cold (especially in the summer). I would consider this option again.

Gute Lage und Balkon

− Der Online Check-In ein paar Tage vorher war verwirrend und man sollte einen Vertrag unterschreiben. Nur 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person für 2 Wochen, nicht genug Klopapier, die Matratzen rutschen immer auseinander, kein Reinigungsservice und das erst ein paar Tage vor Ankunft angekündigt, keine nutzbare Küche, aus dem Föhn kam Staub, sehr laut in der Nacht und andere Gäste haben Türen geknallt, die Toilette war sehr eng zum Sitzen und der Abfluss in der Dusche war mit Haaren anderer Gäste verstopft, außerdem waren noch Haare auf dem Bett und der Toilette bei Ankunft. Das Zimmer war kleiner als auf den Fotos. Für die Dauer von 2 Wochen unmögliche Zustände!!

Great location, super staff and loved the room in a historic apartment. The room was really comfortable and the kitchen and shower room were perfect for our stay. Really good local transport connections, a handy nearby car park and gentle walking distance to the town centre. Loved this place!

The location was excellent, but there were many problems.

− Very disappointing experience. At around 5:00 a.m., the entire property lost power, leaving us without air conditioning, lights, Wi-Fi, or even the ability to charge our phones. On top of that, the emergency lights were flashing directly toward the bed, making it impossible to get back to sleep. We tried contacting the host several times by phone and WhatsApp but received no timely response. After the electricity was restored, there was another power outage, and at that point we decided to leave the property and book another hotel. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the way this situation was handled was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had, and I cannot recommend staying here.
