Enjoyable stay in the heart of midtown NYC
7.0We have used this hotel previously and we like the location and the brand.
− Unfortunately this time there didn’t appear to be enough staff working in the bar or restaurant which led to long waits to be served.
Great manager location, marvelou valet parking excellent
10.0I would like to thank the manager, Mr. Michelle he looked after us and gave us free parking free breakfast the room so clean the location marvelous would rather to come again
Lack of customer service
2.0My checkout bill was substantially different to that quoted when booked. I have sent numerous emails without any response. There appear to be an awful lot of hidden charges/taxes. I’m afraid that my overall experience was not as expected.
I’ll be back…definitely!
