Great, quiet area in London that is centrally located. The directions to access the room were very clear, and the room was perfect for our 4 night stay.

Great London Stay for Our Family

We stayed here for a week while touring London, and it was a wonderful accommodation for our family of three. The air conditioning was legitimate, which was a rare find compared to many places we visited in the UK! The main bedroom was comfortable, and while the pull-out sofa bed worked fine for our teenager, it might not be ideal for a full-grown adult. The washer/dryer combo was definitely a plus, though we wish the property had provided clearer instructions for its use—no one wants to spend vacation time figuring out a manufacturer’s manual. The kitchen was more than we needed, but it would be perfect for guests wanting to prepare meals. The location was fantastic. It was clean, safe, and close to everything we needed. There is a bar on the ground level, but we never even noticed it while inside. The only challenge was the stairs. They were manageable during our stay, but carrying luggage up and down on arrival and departure days was a bit tough. Overall, a great choice and one we’d recommend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße heraus in dem zwei Pups liegen! Im Sommer stehen die Leute halt draußen was eine erhebliche Geräuschentwicklung darstellt! Da wir vom Tag erledigt genug waren stellte es für uns kein großes Problem da und schliefen auch bei dem geschnatter ein, welches um ca. 23:30 Uhr endete!

Property was located within 10-15 of Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown which was convenient. The metro was about a 5-10 minute walk. However, the building has no elevator. We asked for fresh towels since our stay was five days and were told they only replenish after TWO weeks because "towels are expensive". But, we were welcome to wash our own towels if we liked. Toiletries were limited to a 3.5 oz bottle of body wash and shampoo, no hand soap. I would only recommend if you are looking for a room and nothing more. Oh, and pack your own toiletries beforehand.

Small room, good if planning to sight see and only be in room to sleep and shower. It is very small with minimal amenities. If in need of extra towels ask before coming because they will not bring more. The room is above 3 pubs. Can be crowded and noisy around the area. Once inside it was not loud at all with windows closed and ac on. The ac unit makes a buzzing sound when it switches on which can be slightly annoying. Overall it was a good room and place to stay for the price.
