The location is the best aspect of the apartment, but nothing else really is. It has a doggy corridor with broken doors and everything is super narrow, and even the doors to the apartment are creepy and look like in a prison. You can hear every single noise through that horrible door. The apartment is small but ok for a single person to a couple. It clean, and that's important

− The corridor was ugly, and the doors were horrible. Communication with a lady could be much smoother, especially while following up to get the invoice for the stay

The space was nicely decorated and had all the amenities I needed staying for a week. It was nice and quiet, had a good bed, I slept well (partly because the upstairs neighbour is a quiet person).

− The main building-door can't be closed, it felt unsafe that anyone from the street can enter and reach your door. The room has less window-light than the pictures show and the fridge makes a lot of noise while standing in front of your bed. This is probably the reason why it was disconnected when I arrived (I also disconnected it at night a few nights to get rid of the noise). The communication of the 'Mojo team' is poor. When I realised that the fridge didn't work after arriving, they were very short in their messaging saying: "Its supposed to work.. Can you make sure it's plugged in please". But of course I already looked for that and couldn't make that work. And unfortunately I forgot a pair of pants and a t-shirt that I left hanging on a hook. I still stayed in Lisbon for a few weeks so I asked if I could pick it up, but the team claims the cleaners 'didn't see it'. That is a lie (they were in clear sight). They said they would ask again, but now 2 weeks later and after a few nudges from my side, there's no response and they just ignore me. The cleaners probably just threw it out: just be honest about it.... It's annoying when a host is so avoidant. For this reason I post a bad review, this is bad customer service.

Very comfortable bed, nice little treat of wine gifted, just felt calm

− The deposit is a bit steep and maybe the apartment is a bit overpriced, but we did stay on a Friday evening. Also the hot water ran out after 1 shower.

Lovely apartment and stay in Lisbon!

The apartment is really cute and was the perfect launch pad for our week in Lisbon. Loved the little tiled kitchen area and the “bedroom” sectioned off by the wooden beams. The area is really cute and not too busy. Overall a lovely stay!

− The door access code didn’t work so we used the key, which worked great but seems strange to provide a mode of entry that doesn’t work. Also the building entrance stairway was quite dirty with dead cockroaches (there seem to be a lot of cockroaches in Lisbon so this didn’t seem specific to the building.There were no cockroaches in the actual apartment.) The stairway didn’t reflect the quality of aesthetic of the actual apartment at all, but did give a bad first impression. Also the power shut off when we had the fan, stove, and oven running at the same time, so just something to be mindful of.

The location was good

− The bed is small. The apartment is not in good shape. The bed is surrounded by a wooden fence which makes it very difficult to walk in the room. We bumped into it several times, and even got a splinter from it. There is no air in the room, and no ac.
