10.0The location was excellent, and easy to find. Check in was quick and the staff lovely and attentive. The reception/bar area was welcoming and a nice spot to chill after exploring. Room was clean and the shower space though small in our room was perfect a great shower and the mini fridge in the room was a nice touch to add water to.

9.0Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant, il a tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et nous faciliter la vie. J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration et l'élégance de l'hôtel, avec toujours la touche d'humour "so british", les différentes lectures mises à disposition, les petits salons d'attente dans l'entrée, le standing des chambres, avec la possibilité de changer la couleur de la lumière de la salle de bain, et plein de petits accessoires et détails "funny". La proximité de l'hôtel avec la "Victoria line" est un gros plus.
− J'ai aimé le King size bed, très confortable, mais pas du tout pratique quand on est deux, car un des deux doit enjamber l'autre quand il veut se lever la nuit pour aller aux toilettes.
