6.0The flat was big and basic. Lots of stairs to walk up and the area felt a little unsafe when entering in the alley way and dark hallway! Pretty close to train station which we liked but there was a bar on the corner and the patrons were very noisy on our street until after 4 am. Did not get much sleep!

Really nice staff but the actual facilities were disappointing.

− The place was neglected and unkept. There was mold in the bathroom and kitchen, holes in a door. Overall, it felt more like a student flat
Not up to standard as advertised.
4.0It was three flights up with steep steps, no mention of a three story building! No mention of bunk beds for children not adults! The shower and kitchen needs a make over, unhygienic! Balcony not big enough to sit in a deck chair, also miss leading. Living room basic but ok as well as double room.

8.0Property is on the 3rd or 4th floor, which was fine for my family, but might be a deterrent to someone that has difficulty climbing stairs and carrying luggage. Host was friendly and on time. Communication was great! Very close to the train station and San Lorenzo Market. Florence is easily walkable from the apartment. Thanks!
