Good location, but cleanliness issues and the handling of the broken key situation left a negative impression.
4.0The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The apartment was comfortable, check-in was straightforward, and the room had everything needed for a short stay.
− The floor was noticeably dirty upon arrival. Additionally, we were informed during check-in that the lock was very difficult to open. While using the key normally, it broke inside the lock, yet we were still charged €20 for its removal. We found this disappointing, as the issue appeared to be related to the condition of the lock rather than any misuse on our part.

− Struttura non molto confortevole. Riscaldamento non funzionante in una stanza. Rubinetto che perde. Credo che magari visto il guasto portare temporaneamente una stufetta o almeno scusarsi sarebbe stato doveroso.

4.0− There is a bit of noise from the street on Friday and Saturday nights, as the room is on the first floor. The staff is not helpful, lack of service mind. 😒 The staff just gave us the key and then nothing. 😤 The location is ok but not appear on the Google map, not easy to be found for taxi app. And she don't even call the taxi for us to Airport. It's just calling....the taxi. Super easy job. No elevator. No window shade. There is a big lamp that shines brightly during the night! The bathroom with no locking door. The only good thing is there is a kitchen and a washing machine, but the stove seems not working.
