8.0Great location lovely room we had the twin executive larger room. The front desk staff was not too knowledgeable about getting around Kyoto. The cafe next door has great coffee! Overall good hotel

10.0This is the best boutique hotel for downtown kyoto. The staff are so helpful, friendly and kind. The room is comfortable, super clean and after 2 weeks here it feels like a home from home. I was here for the Gion Matsuri and the hotel is located in prime walking distance to see the floats etc. It is close to Gion, main shopping areas, transport etc yet v quiet. Best of all are the staff, Fujji san, Thanpa, Pascale and all who made my stay so very happy and pleasant. A big thank you! Highly recommended & will return. Dr G Copp

Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
