− Rooms were small but I knew that going into it and aligns with price. They accidentally took out the bond twice so lucky we noticed and was dealt with swiftly.

− Do esquema do café da manhã. Poucas opções. E no final da estadia, ainda tinha taxas de serviço do café para pagar. E a do último dia, só foi cobrada no dia seguinte. O certo era ter a conta total na hora do check out

8.0AMAZING LOCATION AND GUARDS AT THE FRONT DOOR WAS SUPER
− Overall, my stay at this hotel was very positive. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness met my expectations. However, having to go down to the lobby every time to collect the complimentary bottled water was quite inconvenient. Among the staff, Danni consistently welcomed me with a warm smile and always made me feel genuinely recognized and valued as a guest. Her hospitality truly enhanced my stay. On the other hand, the Caucasian female staff member working the morning shift, who wore a Chrome Hearts necklace and a Van Cleef & Arpels necklace (PROBABLY 100% FAKE), was disappointingly unfriendly. I'm not sure whether she intentionally spoke so quietly or was simply having a bad day, but her demeanor and facial expressions were so unwelcoming that they genuinely made me feel like checking out immediately. It felt as though a single interaction with her was enough to diminish what had otherwise been a wonderful day. Bernie, another male staff member, initially came across as rather serious and unsmiling. However, when I requested assistance, he made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. His attentiveness left a very positive impression. Despite the disappointing experience with one staff member, I would gladly stay at this hotel again because of its outstanding location and the exceptional hospitality provided by Danni.
