− - nieoczyszczona klimatyzacja - brak szafek na ubrania, bieliznę i inne przedmioty - rano bardzo zimno bez używania klimatyzacji (drzwi wejściowe przepuszczają powietrze z dworu) - bardzo mały czajnik jak na 4 osoby

Lovely traditional home with kitchen and great air conditioning.

− A bit dusty in parts. We paid accommodation tax but had to follow up to receive pin number to get in - staff responded promptly when messaged though. Would have preferred the tax to be part of the overall fee.

Although this property was an old nice machiya they updated it with a nice bathroom. But the beds were really comfy. I didn’t care for the location because it was far from bus and train station. It’s a long hot walk with all our luggage. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again because of location but the inn was really great.

Spacious, clean

− The check in was verg complicated and inconvenient, we needed to pay another extra tax that was not inform in advance (it was charged per persons who stay there, in reality there were only 4 people stay but they charged us for 5 people, even after we told them there were only 4 people and 1 is cancelled). We couldnt came into the house for a long time and needed to wait outside before we pay that tax. We waited for 1 hour outside the house with a lot of luggage, for the owner to give us the pass code for the door lock. But it was very hard to contact the property owner as well, as we are from foreign country and couldnt make a call. We didnt get reply email or message too. So we need to ask other hotel yo lend us their phone to solve this. This also takes a long time to process

The communication with the host was great, although they have not send me the check in instructions ahead of time - like stated in the description, and only sent them when I contacted them a few hours before our arrival. Very dusty, kitchen was very dirty, with sticky stains. We have contacted the host about it and they immediately send someone to clean. The house looks cute but very uncomfortable. Far from everything. Huge plus is the washing machine and the stove and the fridge. The beds and the pillows were pretty comfortable.
