− Aire acondicionado parecía sólo ventilación.El depto con olor a cigarro. Falta lavadora de ropa.

8.0Ambiente amplo e confortável. As fotos retratam bem a acomodação. Cozinha com bons utensílios e eletrodomésticos. Banheiro bom e confortável. Enxoval de cama e banho bons. Localização boa, mas demanda alguns minutos de caminhada para o centro velho. Bons restaurantes e um supermercado express quase em frente.
− O ar condicionado fazia barulho e não deu conta das ondas de calor europeu.

10.0Очень классные апартаменты. Есть две раздельные спальни. Очень легко пешком добраться и до вокзала, и до исторического центра. Рядом очень классный паб.
− Кондиционеры не очень мощные, но возоможно так кажется из-за аномальной жары, которая сейчас в Европе

A comfortable stay
8.0The location was excellent. They accommodated early check-in by letting us drop our luggage, which was a big help. The towels were clean and so was the apartment.
− We stayed for 4 nights and would have appreciated a bathroom and room cleaning at least once since there was one bathroom for 4 people.
Modern facilities but you will need to walk a distance to attractions.
8.0It was spacious and modern. It has air conditioning and all the things we needed. Oscar checked us in and was friendly and helpful.
− It was not in the heart of Florence. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the centre which doesn’t seem like a lot but when travelling and walking thousands of steps per day - it does become painful! Being a loft, 1 bedroom is upstairs. Normally not an issue but when travelling it can be. We had to leave our luggage in the lounge room rather than carry it up. A map of the area and highlights would be handy.
