Overall, a positive stay with a few areas for improvement
8.0Great value for money, with a generous breakfast selection. The hotel is in a convenient and safe location, with a lovely view from the window. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was spacious.
− The contents of the bin had been removed and left on the table. I assume this was simply an oversight, but it was unpleasant to find. In addition, there was a very loud dripping noise coming from the ventilation system during the night, which meant we had to switch off both the heating and ventilation.
Well located, wonderful view
9.0The location of the hotel is excellent (6 minutes walking distance away from Canary Wharf Jubilee station and around 10 from Elizabeth). There are many famous restaurants next to it along with “The Hunger Games Theatre”. The view of my room was lovely as I could see the Thames River and the O2 arena from the windows. Also, the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
− The only setback from my side is that the entrance to the Gym was extra charged per day and was very expensive. I think the access should be free for the hotel residents. I have been to many hotels where most if not all have given me a free access to their gym.

Leuk modern hotel, fijn verblijf gehad.
8.0Leuk modern hotel. In prima buurt, soort “financial district” met veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes in een soort “mall” vlakbij de metro. Binnen 10 minuten met metro in centrum.
− De “king size” bedden zijn Engelse maten. 1,40 breed. Dat viel wel even tegen. En van het ontbijtbuffet hadden we hoge verwachtingen maar dat viel ook echt tegen voor de prijs die je betaalt. We houden niet van een full english breakfast. Als je daar wel van houdt is het denk ik wel de moeite waard.
No day light.
6.0Amazing location and friendly staff.
− Checkin at 3pm was chaos, with a huge queu as they don't start even a minute before, so we ended up getting to the room at 3:30 even though we were there since 2:15 Also the room had windows facing the inner part of the building with absolutely zero sun/day light, which is very uncomfortable for the morning, would not come back.
