Good point, great location, a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Other than that, quite disappointed. Worst communication ever. They don't answer the phone for guests. The listing is deceiving as this is not a hotel but a simple room (they consider it an "apartment") in an old ugly building. Its barely impossible to enter the main door. And once inside it's a bunch of buildings, no directions, no signs, nothing. The fact that has a 24-hr front desk is a LIE. There is an apartment concierge that deals with residents but does not have to do with the Airbnb rooms (this is what this place is) during limited hours. She was very helpful as we arrived in the morning with plenty of bags and needing an early checkIn . The elevator was not working which was a nightmare with bags. The room was clean, in fair condition and some areas are falling apart, including a broken toilet door hinge. Believe it or not there was only one coffee cup in the room for 2 people.

This place is very nice, but I never received the check in instructions the day of check in. We sat by the curb for an hour trying to call the host. We eventually had to go get another hotel to stay the night. Once I was in bed at the new hotel the host finally sent me the instructions. He would not even refund my first night stay. The rest of our stay was nice.

Unfortunately, there was a bunch of construction going on throughout the building. There was dust everywhere. It was tracking on our bags are coats and all over into the apartment. We were not advised that this was going to be the case and as Americans we were unsure as to the health conditions that would cause. Suffering from asthma, we weren’t comfortable staying there and the renter was not helpful in trying to help us comes to a revised refund. Unfortunately, Expedia didn’t do anything to help either.
