− No tv working, just 1 towel for 3 beds, no tea pots for heating the water. We arrive to one address it wasn’t there we walk to the other they send in a WhatsApp message, it wasn’t there, there we check in (with very un polite person) and take us to another building, NEVER HELP WITH THE BAGS, no communication about the issue, the room, or the place whatsoever. Once in the other building open the door and left. Then I have to go to the reception in the other building to ask for the code to open the door of the building and he told me in a very rude manner.

− Wir waren zu zweit und war nur ein Handtuch zur Verfügung und am nächsten Tag, wo wir angerufen haben und nach Handtuch gefragt haben, hat der Mitarbeiter gesagt, dass er keine Handtücher/Badetücher mehr Zufügung haben.
