2.0Location and view
− Service poor. Elevator bizarre. No attention to maintenance of the rooms. Things broken and missing. Promise a lot and don’t deliver. No bell service arriving or leaving.No concierge. Pool chairs only available for food and beverage minimum, not free for hotel guests. Steam and sauna access requires $50 day use charge. Clueless as to what such a high room cost should include.

5.0− Alle Aufzüge am Anreisetag haben keinen einzigen Gast transportieren können….. Niemand ist in seinen Stock gekommen. Wir sind 1,5 Std im Aufzug herumgefahren….. letztendlich haben wir die Koffer 5 Stockwerke getragen, um endlich in unser Zimmer zu kommen….. Hotel hat uns nicht geholfen

9.0The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, responsive, and quick to help with anything we needed. They even surprised us with a voucher to use at the hotel to celebrate our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by excellent dining options (cecconi, kazunori, etc.) and conveniently close to the metro. On top of that, our room was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view. Highly recommend!

10.0We had a lovely stay at Virgin Hotels New York. We really enjoyed the modern design, great atmosphere and especially our room with a beautiful view. Everything was comfortable and pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again.
− The elevators were quite slow on our last day, but otherwise everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

3.0The location was awesome, best views.
− Spiders in the room, pool can only be used by hotel guests 8 am to 1130 am, not heated, or you have to pay 150 to 200 just for the chairs, plus 50 per person food or drink purchase.

The poolside seating access is complimentary and requires a reservation.
Guests aged 20 years and below can only use the poolside seating from 08:00 to 11:30.
Please note that the poolside seating is for adults only after 12:00.
