1.0NADA, el trato pésimo
− Tenía la reserva confirmada desde febrero y me llaman el mismo día que llegábamos a Roma a las 16:30h para decirnos que nos anulaban la reserva!! Nos quedamos sin hotel cuando estábamos embarcando para ir a Roma. No nos dieron ninguna solución y nos dejaron de responder . Nos alojamos finalmente en otro que estaba a dos minutos y fueron encantadores, unos euros más caro pero desde luego que mereció la pena (Shali Luxury Suite Spagna)
I think the photos in booking were done so well I felt we got the wrong impression of the room & it’s definitely not
