− Curățenia: pe jos era mut praf, nu se dăduse cu mopul de câteva zile. În balcon praful gros, cred ca avea vreo luna de cand nu se făcuse curățenie. Prosoapele foarte uzate, Canapeaua total inconfortabila

− -Platos sucios dentro del mueble. -Platos dentro del lavavajillas. -No había papel de cocina -Plato de ducha sucio con moho - Cocina sucia (campana extractora con aceite y mugre) - desconchones y suciedad en las paredes (tiznones) - no existían sábanas superiores , sino un nórdico con funda, o te tapabas y tenías calor o te destapabas y tenías frío -No existían dispensadores con champú o gel, existía una bolsa tirada dentro de la ducha que “aparentemente” era gel, el cual lógicamente no usamos - un ascensor en el que solo cabían dos personas sin maleta alguna, ni tan siquiera una simple mochila, y estábamos alojados en la 4ª plata y éramos 5 personas - el anfitrión, el mismo día de nuestra salida, a las 6.00am me envió un mensaje WhatsApp para informar de la salida del check out, lógicamente critico la hora imprudente a la que envió el mensaje. Toda esta información la pusimos en conocimiento del “anfitrión” del alojamiento.

− Varanda muito suja, vidros igualmente. Só trocam as toalhas de três em três dias. A máquina de lavar loiça não funcionava. O estore da sala de estar avariou e mandaram um técnico lá sem me informar, quando não estava presente.

5.0Clean with new kitchen. Prepared the couch for sleeping before our arrival.
− Not what I saw in the pictures on booking. Not well maintained apartment with the floor in the bedroom tearing apart, part of the door broken. No place to hang clothes. Very little space in the bathroom to put stuff. No tapestry anywhere in the house, no accessories to beautify the house. The curtain in the living room was broken. We had a direct view to the neighbours which were able to watch us in the house.
