9.0L’accueil. Un grand merci à Francesco pour son sourire, sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Chambre très spacieuse. Emplacement central, idéal pour visiter. Hôtel situé à côté du palazzo vecchio. 5 min à pied du Duomo.
− Le spa n’est accessible que par créneau d’1h qu’il faut réserver en amont. Et il n’est pas privatisé. Sur les créneaux choisis, vous pouvez être jusqu’à 6 personnes max.

− The spa pool was very small and disappointing. A little awkward when u have to share with other people. The breakfast place is a nice selection but quite small.. Gym also tiny. These 3 things could do with modernisation. Also 2 flights of stairs to the bedroom, not great if u have a disability.

9.0From the time you walk in through the door to the time you check out. There is nothing they wouldn't do to ensure you have a pleasant experience. We had issues with Air conditioning and it was fixed right then and there. Recommended options for laundry services ( which helped us since we had 3 full loads to do and having a laundromat right behind the place was super convenient). Beds were comfortable, and our family really enjoyed the pool experience at the place after a Long day out and about exploring Florence. If you happen to meet Francesco, you are automatically in great hands. His energy is contagious and A++++ service will always keep you worry free.
