Excellent comfortable stay in a great location. Outstanding staff
10.0Great location, clean, comfortable beds, great showers, wonderful staff, quiet rooms even though it was noisy outside - the windows were quite soundproof.
− Only small complaint was that the rooms were a little dark. This is a modern hotel Built into a very old building so understandably difficult to retrofit. A small complaint. The quality of breakfast was adequate but not great. We don’t care as we’re not big breakfast eaters. There was plenty of yogurt and granola, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, toasts and pastry although we didn’t have the latter.

9.0Great location in the historical centre of the city. Very nice design hotel in an old building, big rooms (I was upgrade to a suite which was huge and gorgeous) Good breakfast. Small pool and sauna (did not try).

10.0The property and staff were absolutely amazing. Easy to find and in such a great area! There are restaurants all around and it is quick steps from so many monuments. The SPA!!!!!! Wow we definitely didn’t use it enough but you get a private reservation for the spa for an hour. It was so nice. We had no idea how to use the sauna so staff helped. It was breathtaking. The staff were always kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. We loved starting our holiday with a mimosa and aperol spritz. They also had a full cappuccino machine. The kitchen staff that we did interact with were lovely Room was great. We got an upgraded room for no price difference so that was a sweet surprise The room was clean and the bed was so so comfortable.
− The shower holder for the shampoo and body wash was broken and the key reader for our door was broken and we had to use a physical key which was a little convenient but I would recommend this hotel to everyone
