10.0Fantastic location in an old building, bars and restaurants right outside the door. . Steps from the Metro and the waterfront. Walk to everything in old town. Huge common room and kitchen, so reheat some left overs! Only downside is there is no elevator and lots of steep steps.

4.0There is no elevator in this hotel, so be aware. Rooms did not feel secure, doors had a physical key and a large gap under the door. My room only had one tiny window up high in the living area, no window in the bathroom. On the first day, one of the lights went out in the bathroom so I had to move one of the side lamps into the bathroom for more light. One day when my room was cleaned, the cleaning staff left the bathroom trash on my bed, so unprofessional.
