− The washroom was clean, but it was very narrowed. There's award station to put the towels. But overall very satisfying with the room.

8.0The location is fantastic! The service and staff, including Lisa, Albert and Debra, were exceptional! They were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! The daily water, soda and snacks were such a nice surprise. The room was spotless! .

8.0The property was central - walking distance to major cites like the colosseum. It also had access to the metro located across the street. Room and building was clean, plus the room was cleaned everyday which was a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a great choice to stay in Rome.
− With being central the road noise is a bit loud - but I’m not sure this can be avoided if you want to be in the center of Rome. Otherwise 10/10 experience.
