6.0Disappointing Service Defeats the Purpose of a Great Room While the room itself was nice and spacious, the initial check-in simple, and the massive terrace space quite beautiful—along with an incredibly helpful and beautiful Moroccan lady at breakfast. The customer service from the owner was absolutely zero stars. I extended my stay by booking the last available room at 3:00 AM, relying on the online photos which perfectly matched the room I was already occupying. The next morning, the owner spoke no logic and was rude .. asked me to check out at 10:00 AM and wait until 14:00 PM to check into a different room, dismissing the fact that they had used duplicate photos for different rooms. Rather than managing their misleading listing professionally or simply prioritizing the cleaning of the next room for a seamless transition, the owner was confrontational and dismissive, completely defeating the purpose of my extended reservation.

Fomos furtados ! Fujam !!!
1.0Fomos furtados no nosso quarto! Entraram e roubaram dinheiro e comida. Fomos na polícia (carabinieri) e prestamos queixa. O anfitrião Andrea foi péssimo! Não deu apoio. Falou que era mentira nossa! Alguém da hospedagem entrou e nos roubou enquanto estávamos passando. Apenas 3 pessoas tinham a chave do nosso quarto: Andrea, a funcionária e o dono do bed And breakfast! Não fiquem lá ! Fujam !! Qualquer problema, chamem a polícia!
