4.0The owner is very nice... but here are the downsides This is a very run down place, With a unhygienic, dirty bathroom(toilet is located in the shower) and bedsheet. Toilet smelled really bad and looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a while or something Also there is no airconditioning so either you die of heat or get eaten alive by mosquitoes with the windows open. You also have to keep in mind that there is no elevator, and the stairs are very stiff
