10.0Очень удобное расположение рядом с вокзалом Термини. Номер был чистым, кровати удобные, заселение прошло быстро. Для короткой остановки это отличный вариант. Персонал был вежливым и отзывчивым. Сначала нам дали другой номер, но потом поменяли на более комфортный.
− Номер полностью соответствовал описанию и нашим ожиданиям. Всё было чисто, аккуратно и комфортно. Для нашего пребывания это был отличный вариант.

4.0Le faite que l'on était ensemble dans la même chambre et que l'emplacement est prêt de tout les grand sites touristiques et très bien déservie par les transport en commun.
− Le plus décevant est le faite que la télévision ne fonctionné pas, certaine serviette était sale à notre arriver là-bas.

− El ascensor se dañó y quedamos dentro., adicional la zona si queda cerca a todo pero se ve peligrosa, hay indigente afuera del hotel y da mucho miedo entrar o salir de noche

− Desayuno en la habitación, no es así. Poe citesía el primer día dejan un croisant industrial de bolsa.

7.0I liked the location. It’s perfect to walkable historical sites and train station. Close to restaurants and shopping
− The elevator was out of service. We had to walk 4 (Rome) flights up. The toilet reservoir leaked and the shower did not drain properly.

8.0Camera molto ampia, bagno grande, doccia potente. Acqua disponibile in bottiglia per tutti. Piccolo frigo, bollitore in camera. Staff disponibile, parla inglese.
− L'aria condizionata un po' lenta a partire. Ascensore rotto. I dintorni della struttura purtroppo sono devastati dalla sporcizia, tossicodipendenti e spacciatori, ci si sente molto insicuri a dovere passare lì alla sera. Non è colpa della struttura, comunque.
