− Reservé 10 habitaciones en este establecimiento, llevo tres años reservando muchas habitaciones , les comuniqué que uno de mis clientes finalmente no podía viajar. Únicamente solicité, si era posible, cambiar la fecha de una de las habitaciones para otro día, manteniendo el resto de la reserva exactamente igual. Entiendo perfectamente que puedan existir condiciones de reserva que impidan realizar determinados cambios, pero lo que me ha decepcionado especialmente ha sido la falta absoluta de voluntad por intentar buscar una solución y el trato recibido. No solo no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, sino que la atención fue poco amable y nada colaborativa, algo que considero especialmente desafortunado teniendo en cuenta que había realizado una reserva de 10 habitaciones. Como cliente, y más aún tratándose de una reserva de este volumen, esperaba al menos un trato más atento, profesional y orientado a intentar ayudar. Una experiencia muy decepcionante en cuanto a atención al cliente. Si es para Google o Booking, también puedo hacértela más corta y contundente.

7.0Czysty, nowy hotel. Pokoje malutkie ale idealne na kilkudniowy pobyt w mieście. Niedaleko centrum i lotniska.
− Restauracja była zamknięta, więc nie serwowano śniadań, dowiedzieliśmy się o tym przy zameldowaniu, niestety w okolicy nie było restauracji śniadaniowych co spowodowało dodatkową logistykę.

− Slightly small but this is very typical for Singapore.
Friendly and helpful, but definitely budget...
6.0Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything worked well.
− Nowhere in the hotel for breakfast. Although we were told beforehand that we could safely store our luggage while we waited to check in, in reality, this meant leaving them in the hotel lobby with a bit of string tied around them. I didn't particularly worry about theft in Singapore, and it was in the sightline of the staff at all times, but it was just annoying.
