The location and room was great but the place was let down by unfriendly staff and hidden fees

− Surprise extra costs not included in the booking fee - we were informed after booking that linen and towels were an additional fee of 15 euros and 8 euros per set per person respectively. The hotel had endless rules for checkin, making arrival very stressful - staff were not friendly, continuously called us to ask where we were (even though we provided updates within their rules) and were overall unhelpful.
Excellent view and good AC
10.0The view is amazing. I believe that this is the best room you can find in the whole of Florence, a wonderful view, comfortable bed, good WiFi, with good and working air conditioning, friendly staff and a very good price for such an excellent room. I personally really recommend it
