− This is not a hotel. No reception, no facilities. No air con, 3rd floor room, extreme heat. Booked 3 nights, owner agreed to refund 2 nights. Unlivable.

− Hotel sin personal de manera presencial. La atención del personal era exclusiva por WhatsApp con las contestaciones tardías a las peticiones y problemas que fueron surgiendo. Calor excesivo en la habitación. Insufrible aún disponiendo de pingüino y 2 ventiladores. Horroroso. Retraso de 2 horas en el Check-in.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Walthamstow - would recommend
8.0The location - very close to the market, bus stop across the road - was very convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean, neat and tidy. A parking space was reserved for me for my stay. I liked that the doors are digital so there is no bulky key or card to worry about. All in all, a lovely little hotel which I would recommend to others.
− There was nothing I didn't like but I didn't have any hot water on my arrival nor the next morning. Also some items were left in the room by a previous visitor. However, once advised, and while I was out, the water was fixed it and the items were removed. That being said, Anna was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

7.0Prima ligging ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer. Rustige straat. Ruime kamer met nette badkamer.
− We zijn er 4 nachten geweest, kamer is niet opgeruimd of schoon gemaakt, ze kwamen pas laat in de middag, als wij weer terug waren uit de stad en even wilden rusten.
