9.0Bellissimo appartamento vicino al centro (15min a piedi), struttura nuovissima con parcheggio coperto e lavatrice e lavastoviglie inclusa.
− Poca carta igienica e asciugamani. Servizo di check in non accettabile per il tipo di struttura, a causa del ritardo dell’aereo nessuno era disponibile in struttura per darci le chiavi, ci sono stati inviati tantissimi messaggi preimpostati con indicazioni errate e video lunghissimi e dopo aver chiamato direttamente la struttura e averci dato finalmente le indicazioni corrette siamo riusciti ad entrare, un ora persa per di più con il disagio che il portiere non voleva farci entrare ed eravamo in auto senza la possibilità di entrare in garage. Suggerisco di rendere disponibile una persona in presenza anche di notte per casistiche come queste

10.0The room was on the smaller size but it was big enough for our needs. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the train station and the big market as well. Staff was extremely helpful: we checked out before the official breakfast time and they prepared a little bag of breakfast for us to take away.

8.0This is a family-run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is both convenient and quiet.
− The air conditioning struggled to cool the room during the summer heat. I suggest providing a standing fan to compensate, as the current unit is slightly undersized for the space. Other than this, it was a perfect stay.

Nice room that met our needs, morning breakfast, and very friendly and accommodating owner/manager.
10.0We chose Hotel Joli for its location and short distance from the train station. The room was as advertised and met all our needs. I liked the old style elevator. The hotel had a morning breakfast with protein sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and other misc. items. And most important to my wife, cappuccino and for me, breakfast tea & honey. But what I liked best of all was the friendly and accommodating owner/manager. Two thumbs up!!
