− The staff, room was too small, washroom was small no any amenities even towels bedsheets and other basic stuff was too old and smelly. Pillows were broken. Even AC wasnt working. No tissue, water, tea/coffee were there

− Situation of the entrance on a very steep hill. Not good if you have a back injury.
