Perfect hotel accommodation in Venice. Favourite places we stayed in Italy.
10.0Room was perfect and the location was quiet but still close to everything. It was air conditioned and quiet at night. Facilities were excellent as was the breakfast and the happy hour. Staff welcomed us with a sparkling wine in the lounge before running through info and showing us the room. This was very welcome after a long day of travel. The garden area was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

9.0L'accueil et le personnel est vraiment au top et chaleureux.
− Nous avons été mis la 1ere nuit dans une chambre loin du standart annoncé compte tenu du prix payé (400 euros la nuit) ... Le problème n'a pu se solutionner que le lendemain car période chargée. Le personnel d'accueil a néanmoins été très à l'écoute et à tout fait pour trouver une solution avec efficacité, compréhension et diplomatie. Ca reste néanmoins une mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée.
