8.0The room is spacious and well laid out. Sufficient storage space, comfortable bed, work station, fridge, table, and chair made for a pleasant stay. Security is very good, and the room is away from the traffic pollution on Lat Phrao road. The room has a small separate clothes drying area, with large windows looking out onto a green overgrown area. The shower is very good and the toilet and sink are both clean and functional. Acess to the markets on Lat Phrao road and the overhead railway system are both easily accessible The range of food at the markets is remarkable, both in terms of quality and price. The staff were all very keen to help.
− As this is not a tourist area, being able to speak a little Thai is really helpful. A phone with translation to Thai is an alternative. The room chair and cushion are in need of refurbishment. A room kettle would also be helpful. The microwave in the communal area needs a base plate to be functional. These issues did not detract from enjoying my stay at Plearnwan. I have booked to come again in November!

7.0Good size room. Great residential area with shops and markets nearby. Very quiet. Don’t hear any noises.

A budget friendly base close to transport links.
8.0The wifi was pretty good, it was only a few minutes walk to the 7 eleven across the road, the staff were friendly enough, Ac worked well, I booked a room with a balcony which was nice to relax, its only small but enough to sit out and soak up the sun, and hang stuff out to dry.
− No complaints, all was perfectly good.
No Kettle in the room
5.0− There was no Kettle in the room so you have to take the very small cardboard cup to get hot water downstairs this must be the only hotel I have stayed in my life that does not have a kettle to make coffee in the room
