− Tengo que hacer una lista: El chico de recepción tardo mucho tiempo en hacer el check in La habitación que me dieron no tenia wifi No me dieron una solución para ello El desayuno incluido era en otro sitio deberían especificarlo El personal de recepción fue muy poco amable La ducha no tenía puerta La televisión era de decoración porque nos cables no funcionaban Podría seguir pero creo que es suficiente

6.0It was perfect location. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good

3.0The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel is well situated in a quiet street not far from the shops and restaurants.
− I booked the hotel through a booking agency and unfortunately was debited twice, since the receptionist asked me to present again my credit card. This resulted in a complaint and it took me a couple of weeks and a emails to get the money credited. The receptionist did not speak any english. After payment with the credit card, the receptionist was not able to print me an invoice.

9.0Very friendly staff, excellent location, spacious and bright room, simple and clean, very good breakfast in partner hotel.
− On the evening of my arrival, there was a planned water outage affecting the entire neighbourhood. I would have appreciated if the hotel had notified me either before my stay or at least upon check-in.
