6.0The staff is really nice, but the problem is that the environment isn't a safe place to walk around. We were follow by some creepy lady and the hotel itself is scary. We kept hearing a weird noise in the bathroom. Also, there is no elevator so yes you gotta carry your stuff through the stair.
