− me hicieron ir a otra dirección distinta a la del alojamiento publicado, era otra cocina, otro baño, alquilé una habitación doble y me dieron una cama simple de una habitación que no aparece en ninguna foto, el lugar completamente sucio e inhabitable, nada para poder usar de la cocina, lo poco que había con comida que estuvo ahí sin limpiarse durante dos semanas! Se tapó la ducha y durante una semana el baño se inundaba completamente incluso una vez al llegar la puerta del baño la habían sacado y estuvo así como 2 días, el peor lugar en el que estado, es una estafa, jamás se hicieron cargo de los problemas, no contestan llamadas, solo contestan mensajes aveces y no hacen nada al respecto. La peor experiencia y lo peor es que booking jamás ofreció una solución

− Die Unterkunft hat die Buchung storniert als wir schon auf der Fahrt nach Berlin waren. Sie konnten keine Alternative stellen, es wurde lediglich die kostenlose Stornierung angeboten. Als wir die Unterkunft kontaktieren wollten meldete sich keiner. Hier war nun die große Sorge mitten in Berlin ohne Unterkunft zu stehen. Zum Glück kümmert sich Booking super gut, außergewöhnlich Freundlich (ich war positiv überrascht) und wirklich super schnell um eine Alternative! Es hat nicht lange gedauert und wir hatten eine Alternative welche zwar 3x so teuer war aber die Differenz zur herkömmlichen Unterkunft wird einem in diesem Falle nicht berechnet. Ein GROßES Danke hier an der Stelle an Booking.

3.0Beliggenhed var god. Værelserne var store og der var plads omkring sengene. Badeværelse ok.
− Service omkring afhentning af nøgle var meget besværlig. Lejligheden var ikke en "rigtig" lejlighed med et opholdsrum/stue. Det var tre værelser og et køkken og et badeværelse ned af en lang gang. Køkkenfaciliteterne var ikke gode til selv at lave mad. Ingen skåle eller fade og meget begrænset køkkenredskaber. F.eks. ingen saks, osteskærer eller proptrækker. Ikke rent i lejligheden: Persienner med tykt lag snavs. Belysningen hæslig, med alt for lidt lys i f.eks. køkken. Ingen lys over køkkenbordet eller komfur, kun en svag lampe i loftet over spisebord. Svært at få kontakt med personalet. Ejer svarer konsekvent ikke. Også længe om svar over booking.com, og ikke særligt imødekommende. Fik fat i en dame som nok bestyrer legligheden, men alle "klager" sendt videre til ejer, som ikke svarer.

5.0The position of the accommodation was good for central Berlin.
− There was no regular cleaning of the common parts, kitchen, and bathroom, considering this apartment is shared by 3 bedrooms. Neither were any cleaning materials provided for this. In the period I was there, there was only one clean of the kitchen and bathroom. The lock on bedroom 3, my room, is faulty. I was locked in my room on 2 occasions, and it took a long time, over 20 mins on both occasions for me to get the lock to undo so I could get out. I reported this, but there was no response from the management. Also, they are supposed to provide toilet paper - however, they only did this when I asked the first time, and after that, I ignored my messages, so I was forced to purchase them myself. The mattress was extremely soft & uncomfortable, and the pillows were more like mini duvets in a cover. I was only provided with a single duvet for a double bed. Though, after a request, they did provide a second single duvet for me. There's no black out options at the windows, so light from the central square shine into the bedroom
If you are for a short trip, it is good, not at all recommended for long stay

Lots of space, good location
9.0The location is a quick walk from many locations including the Zoo bahnhof, Ubahn, and Sbahn. lots of galleries and restaurants in the area. But still quiet. Lots of space, big kitchen, big room, big bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. They were flexible with my check-in and check out dates. Everything felt very safe as well.
− Internet wasn't the best. Windows couldn't open wide enough to let fresh air in, but it was never too hot.
