There was nothing to like. I was locked out, and had to find other accommodations.

− The keying system malfunctioned. Key would not turn top dead bolt, so I couldn’t get in on arrival. I found a bed that night at a hostal. The next morning, the key opened the door, but then would not lock it again. This was confirmed by another tenant who had gotten in, but was also unable to lock the front door. (Could not remove the key when turned to lock; had to leave door unlocked.) I did not feel comfortable with the possibility of getting locked out, during the stay, so did not stay there. The owner/host was argumentative; said it was fine, other people stayed there with no problem. That didn’t matter to me, the disfunctional key plate was what mattered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

− Everything, the smell of the mold,the cleanless,the climbing at the stair,how small and untidy was .at least the difficulty to find an aproach the apartmen.tThe response from the manager was indifferent, resulting in us losing our tickets to the Reichsmuseum

Location was perfect, bed was comfy, nice bathroom, what else do you need. For others that will be staying at the property, I would recommend some ear plugs (given the location, you are right in the centre of a busy city, near a few bars). I would stay there again.

− Leider mussten wir die Unterkunft direkt nach Ankunft wieder verlassen, da wir erhebliche Mängel festgestellt haben. Die Unterkunft wies totale Hygienemängel wie dreckige Textilien, Waschbecken und Boden auf. Außerdem war die Dusche defekt, diese lief und hat sehr unangenehme Geräusche von sich gegeben. Außerdem war ein Fenster im Badezimmer kaputt. Als wir all dies der Vermieterin gemeldet haben, wurde uns nur eine Rückerstattung von 50% angeboten, was wir als unmöglich empfunden haben, da die Unterkunft so nicht nutzbar war und wir gezwungen waren, nach einer anderen Bleibe zu schauen. Beim melden bei Booking kam auch kaum Hilfe, da wir das mit den Vermietern klären mussten, weil sie ja nur Drittanbieter sind. Diese Unterkunft dürfte unserer Meinung nicht zur Vermietung angeboten werden und sind von beiden Seiten höchst enttäuscht.

Great location, loved staying in the apartments but they are in need of some tlc.

Good location and we preferred the apartment to a generic hotel.

− Although we liked the apartment (not the steep stairs!) a lot could be easily improved to make it so much better. There was a huge pile of unopened post and an old door lock on the floor as soon as you go in. I appreciate the stairs are shared but they were very dirty and at least the last set up to the 2 apartments could be cleaned/vacuumed. Once you got to the top there was a broken table - either mend it or bin it. There were other various miscellaneous things (broken?) above in the eaves & on top of a washing machine (in a cupboard that wouldn’t shut) unsightly but at least they weren’t in the way. Inside the apartment the window film in the bathroom was peeling away and the window latch was broken/not secure. Lastly the bedding (pillows/duvet) were lumpy and could do with being replaced. Having said all this we did enjoy staying in the apartments but a little effort to improve things could go a long way.

− La superficie du logement est à revoir L' entrée n'est pas privative, des prospectus par terre, l'escalier est recouvert d'une moquette sale. Porte-rouleau papie WC et fenêtre cassés Miroir et poubelle rouillés Pas d'étagère Coin salon spartiate. Prix exorbitant pour la prestation
