7.0the location is great, i walked everywhere. I was there for the bienal it was really easy to find the way. Renato is friendly. To be honest i was a little bit nervous to stay someone's house as a solo traveler, however it was safe enough.
− I think price is a little bit too much comparing the facilities.

4.0Good location, near Arsenale, V.Garibaldi (restaurants) and Giardini.
− The single room was clean but very small and very hot with only a loud fan available. Bathroom is small and shared with visitors of the double bedroom and with the owner who lives on the same floor as the 2 rooms for guests. In the door of the bathroom, there is a frosted glass window which gives little privacy.

7.0Renato ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und hat mich sogar von der Wasserbus Station ARSENALE abgeholt ! Seine Wohnung liegt absolut zentral für BIENNALE BESUCHER !! aber auch zentral für alle weiteren Venedig Ausflüge .. es ist ruhig und es gibt viele kleine bezahlbare Restaurationen..

10.0Renato ofrece un alojamiento bonito en un punto estratégico, y esta dispuesto a brindar la mejor información acerca de donde ir, que comer, en que viajar para vivir en Venezia como un Veneziano y no como turista!
