Great location on a low price compared to other apartments

− The host was quite rude and never responded to our messages. First message was to ask about a possible early check in and it got no response and this kept us in a bit of a limbo as we didn't know how to plan accordingly. On our stay the weather outside was crazy hot, on some days there were more the 40 degrees outside and the apartment had only one desk fan for 3 bedrooms, we again kindly asked if they can bring at least an extra fan but got no response The apartment is very noisy as the building is quite old and you can even hear your neighbor talking and walking, especially at night. The building is on a main street and I guess that there is at least a hospital nearby as we can hear an ambulance it least every hour, so be careful if you are a light sleeper. The shower situation is quite bad as it feels improvised, there is shower curtain inside a bathtub and the space inside the shower curtain is very claustrophobic. I think this was intentionally not included in the pictures The place feels very worn out compared to the pictures, I guess the pictures were taken when it was last renovated. We can say that it was an overall bad experience but maybe we should have considered that when we saw a lower price then the average apartment.

Scam, cancelaram a reserva a 3h de chegarmos

De nada porque nunca cheguei a ir

− 3h antes de chegar a Berlim o anfitrião disse que a casa não estava boa para nos receber e pediu-me para cancelar a reserva, dizendo que eu não tinha de pagar nada e que ele iria reembolsar tudo do meu lado. Depois de falar com a Booking, alertaram-me que era um scam, o cliente nunca pode cancelar do seu lado de forma gratuita, tem de ser sempre o anfitrião. Ainda por cima, reservámos com meses e meses de antecedência, e os preços estavam 4x o que pagámos. O anfitrião nem sequer deu alternativas e ignorou completamente o nosso pedido de ajuda, dizendo só para cancelarmos do nosso lado repetidas vezes. Se eu o tivesse feito, ele teria recebido 350€ e eu ficaria sem o dinheiro e sem maneira de pedir assistência à booking. Tivemos de pagar mais e ficar num hotel a 1h do centro e gastar +400€ em transporte. Não fiquem neste espaço nunca.

Appartement spacieux et calme. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Tramway à 5 minutes à pieds.

Super logement pour découvrir Berlin, quartier extra!

Situation géographique exceptionnelle, proche du tram, du métro, et un quartier très vivant. De nombreux commerces, bars, restaurants (tous budgets) très proches.

− Pas d'ascenseur, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés, mais à savoir.
