9.0We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was well presented and very clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic—close to the beach, the Gothic Quarter, and Las Ramblas—making it perfect for exploring the city. The food and bar options nearby were of a high standard. Additionally, the area was generally quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
− The flat is better suited for a group of four (there were 5 of us) as the seating area on each floor is somewhat limited. Occasionally, you can hear people walking up the stairs, even when they are not deliberately making noise. A safety consideration is that the stairs are quite close to the door, and since access is via the second floor, it’s important to remember to close the gate at the top for security.
