− We have just checked into the apartment, and unfortunately we are very disappointed because it does not match the photos or description provided in the listing. There are several issues: The apartment is in a much worse condition than shown in the photos. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, although this was expected based on the listing. The terrace is dirty and filled with construction materials. There is scaffolding directly outside, and construction work is taking place. This renovation was not mentioned anywhere before our arrival. These issues have significantly affected our stay and are not what we booked or expected. I have attached photos showing the current condition of the apartment. We would appreciate your prompt response and an appropriate solution or compensation for these issues. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

− The apartment needs some maintenance. We had to pay an extra amount of money before we could enter the apartment.

Everything was clean. Apartment was spacious and had everything you could need for a stay!

− Last day of our stay, we had requested late check out to 1pm. It was approved the night before. We had then woke up at 9am to the whole apartment building being under renovation and the water supply had been turned off as a result of this. We had no previous warning and we had no help at all from the customer service. (We had phoned and we were told they would find out for us what was going on and if the work would last long and phone us back, they did not) Our flight was 9:30pm that night, we had no access to a shower, a working tap or even a working toilet. We had tried asking if they had any other facilities that we could use (apartments across Barcelona) but we weren’t responded to until after 1pm. At 11am we had a male care taker enter the apartment (without knocking) as he was unaware we had late check out and struggled to understand why we were still there. As a group of 5 girls we were not impressed with this at all. At 1pm on the button, we had a female care taker enter the apartment and wait on us at the door to leave. We were extremely disappointed with this as we enjoyed every other aspect and thought we had struck gold with it!
