9.0the apartment was in a great location, and the facilities were good.
− The circuit breaker panel was very noisy; I had to close the bedroom door so that I could sleep I did not have an emergency number/contact in case something went wrong (i.e., if I couldn't enter the apartment for some reason), so I was always worried about it.
